Since that time, this independent website has supplied weekly graded Sunday School lessons and handouts (and, often, coloring pages) to help Sunday School teachers worldwide. We hope to help preserve the Sunday School movement which had its glory days in the 1930's. In a time when so many churches are downsizing Sunday Schools, we aim to preserve this Christian teaching to enrich the life of children and youth worldwide.

Last week, when we ended the lesson, Ruth had made a decision to leave her family, the land where she grew up, and her paganism. She had made a decision to go with her mother-in-law, Naomi, and to place her trust in The GOD of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, The GOD of Israel. She had no idea what it would be like, or where this decision would take her, but she stepped out on pure faith! That is what every believer must do. We must step out by faith and place our trust in The LORD JESUS CHRIST and follow where HE is leading. HIS ways are great than ours, and HE has a perfect plan for us. We shall never be led wrong as long as we trust and obey and stay at the feet of our Master.

CURRENT LESSON PLAN - Moses: The Ten Commandments (Part 1), by Lisa DeVinney

This week we’re going to find the Israelites camping at the foot of Mount Sinai. We’re also going to see a God who loves His people very much! He will call them His “peculiar treasure.” But we’re also going to find that this incredibly loving God is also a very holy God. And in order for Him to be close to His people, they need to learn how to be holy, too. So God is going to give Moses some guidelines for the Israelites to follow on their journey to holiness. Many know these guidelines as “The Ten Commandments.” Opening comments/story:
