Since that time, this independent website has supplied weekly graded Sunday School lessons and handouts (and, often, coloring pages) to help Sunday School teachers worldwide. We hope to help preserve the Sunday School movement which had its glory days in the 1930's. In a time when so many churches are downsizing Sunday Schools, we aim to preserve this Christian teaching to enrich the life of children and youth worldwide.

Holy Spirit - Part 1
We know that God’s spirit came to earth to dwell with the children of God when Jesus left after he had died on the cross and rose the third day. Before Jesus died, God would send his spirit to accomplish a certain task but his spirit did not dwell with men constantly. When Jesus died God made a way for people to be saved through accepting Christ and the spirit then would dwell in the heart of that believer forever. After Jesus died and rose again he ascended up to heaven in order to sit at the right hand of the Father to make intercession for us. However, Jesus said that he would not leave us comfortless. We know that he is here on a mission.

Lesson 6: God Provides Proof of His Presence

This week’s lesson will be the last in our series on Elijah, and God’s provision. Over the past few weeks, we have seen the Lord provide for Elijah in many wondrous ways. And today, we’re going to see Him provide for Elijah one last time, before taking him miraculously to Heaven. We’ll see that God provides Elijah, and his companion Elisha, with proof of His presence with them. And while we may not see God part the water, we can still know that He is also present with us, too; because He tells us in His Word that He will never leave us or forsake us. What a great comfort that was to God’s prophets, to be provided with proof of His presence.
