Make Me A Blessing Lord God
Opening Prayer: Join together in prayer asking the Lord for understanding in
what is good and right in His eyes for us to do as we continue our daily
walk with Him.
Memory Verse : Psalm 73: 28 But it is good for me
to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord GOD,
that I may declare all thy works
Near and Far
I can taste the sky
As I breathe the air
Right here and now -
Though, the length is far.
I can see the twinkle
From where I stand
Of the nighttime
Shimmering star.
Far from my ears
Are the curses and jeers
Of those who mock
The tender sheep
Born of God's flock.
Far from my mind
Is the circumstance
To ponder any evil --
Giving satan his chance.
Near and far
Remains the shadow
Of God's wings
Protecting me from
Spiteful stings.
I can place my burdens
Far into the Hand
Of One
Who is near,
That helps me to love
And never fear.
Near to my heart
Are the eternal words
Of the Lord
Protecting me always
With His mighty sword.

Psalm 73:27
For, lo, they that are far
from thee shall perish: thou hast
destroyed all them that go a whoring
from thee.
28 But it is good for me
to draw near to God:
I have put my trust in the Lord GOD,
that I may declare all thy works

Hymntime:
MAKE ME A CHANNEL OF BLESSING
Is your life a channel of blessing?
Is the love of God flowing through you?
Are you telling the lost of the Savior?
Are you ready His service to do?
Refrain
Make me a channel of blessing today,
Make me a channel of blessing, I pray;
My life possessing, my service blessing,
Make me a channel of blessing today.
Is your life a channel of blessing?
Are you burdened for those that are lost?
Have you urged upon those who are straying,
The Savior who died on the cross?
Refrain
