(Through the Fire)
Daniel 3:16-18
"16Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. 17If it be so, our GOD whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and HE will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. 18But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up."
Isaiah 43:1-3
"But now thus saith The LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and HE that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine. When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: When thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. For I AM The LORD thy GOD, The HOLY ONE of Israel, thy SAVIOR
GOD Leads His Dear Children Along
In shady, green pastures, so rich and so sweet, God leads His dear children along;
Where the water's cool flow bathes the weary one's feet, God leads His dear children along.
Some through the waters, some through the flood. Some through the fire, but all through the blood; Some through great sorrow, but God gives a song,
In the night season and all the day long.
