Lesson Plan

A. Don’t forget the Wonder (Believers)

Matthew 18:2-5 “And Jesus called a little child unto Him, and set him in the midst of them, And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of Heaven.  Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of Heaven.  And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.”

  1. In order to be saved we must have childlike faith and believe.  After we have believed we must not forget the wonder that is God.  He is Awesome and if we are to be the light of the world, we must walk in that truth so that others will see and be drawn to the Father.  (John 12:32)

  1. Talk about some of the wonderful things that God has done in the lives of others.  Talk about the promises in God’s word and that what He says, will come to pass.  We can be excited about who God is and the things that He is doing!
  1. Non believers must know that God is and that Jesus is the only way to the Father.

  1. Explain Salvation through Christ and that He died on a cross for the sins of the world so that we could have life ever lasting in Heaven.

John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

Romans 10:13 “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

John 6:37 “All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.”
