Thy Word have I Hidden in my Heart, by Julie Pisacane

If

2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which
are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face,
and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven,
and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Psalm 132 :12 If thy children
will keep my covenant and my testimony that I shall teach them,
their children shall also sit upon thy throne for evermore.

Luke 11 :36 If thy whole body
therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be
full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light.

John 14 : 15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

John 15:19 If ye were of the world,
the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but
I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you

Colossians 3:1 If ye then be risen
with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on
the right hand of God.

1 John 1: 9 If we confess our sins,
he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us
from all unrighteousness.

Every word of God we read holds eternal value, even such a small
word like "if".

All of His Word is truly powerful and leaves such an impact
that we hunger to learn, study and read more. Scripture has a
permanent hold on all true believers. God has taught us that
every word of His is pure and we are forever convicted
of this by the Holy Spirit. We do not let one word
of God drop or fall from us ...ever.

True believers do as Samuel did --written in:

1 Samuel 3:19 And Samuel grew,
and the LORD was with him, and did let none of his words
fall to the ground.

And as it is written here also in

Luke 8:15- But that on
the good ground are they, which in an honest and
good heart, having heard the word, keep it,
and bring forth fruit with patience.

God bless you and I pray all of His Word blesses you
this day and always in a mighty way.

Hymntime

Hymntime : Thy Word Have I Hid In My Heart

Thy Word is a lamp to my feet,
A light to my path alway,
To guide and to save me from sin,
And show me the heav’nly way.

Refrain

Thy Word have I hid in my heart,
That I might not sin against Thee;
That I might not sin, that I might not sin,
Thy Word have I hid in my heart.

Forever, O Lord, is Thy Word
Established and fixed on high;
Thy faithfulness unto all men
Abideth forever nigh.

Refrain

At morning, at noon, and at night
I ever will give Thee praise;
For Thou art my portion, O Lord,
And shall be through all my days!

Refrain

Thro’ Him Whom Thy Word hath foretold,
The Savior and Morning Star,
Salvation and peace have been brought
To those who have strayed afar.
