A Verse Study for Children on  Galatians 3:26 Opening Prayer : Join together in prayer asking God to grant unto us understanding and wisdom when listening to His Word this day on the lesson of true faith. Memory Verse For Today :  For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus - Galatians 3:26 * Suggestion for Teachers: Divide the children in  two groups to learn the memory verse.  Let Group A : Say out loud --  "For ye are all the children of God" Then Group B- will say aloud   -  " by faith in Christ Jesus." After doing this three times let the whole group say the entire verse together out loud . Discussion questions on today's verse. 1. How do we learn about true faith ?  Let the children share their  answers and then read the following verses to them : So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. -Romans 10:17 2.Can we trust the Word of God ? ________________ Read to them  :    Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.  Proverbs 30:5 3.Who did Jesus tell us to have faith in ?   And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. Mark 11:22 4.Where does true faith come from ?  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God  - Ephesians 2:8 5.Do you believe God loves you and that you are His child ? For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus - Galatians 3:26 6. Can you joyfully  share or talk about your faith in Christ Jesus  with another person  this week ? ________________________________________________ Faith Is A Gift Faith comes from only one place From the plans of our God and His amazing grace. Faith is the perfect start In  reaching out to others With love in our heart. Faith is a gift sent to you And grows when our Lord prepares it to. Faith carries us through each blessed day And helps us draw nearer To God as we pray. Faith is the reason we rejoice And why we sing with A praising voice. Faith received in any measure is each soul's possession and greatest treasure.
